Pay up Mr. Warren Buffett
Warren Buffett owns GEIGO through Berkshire Hathaway, Mr Buffett you're a respected man so why don't you're companies like GEIGO pay out on large claims and make it miserable for consumers like me who for years never had an accident!
GEIGO does not pay large insurance policies
I had a great policy with GEIGO 250k. It's 4 years later and I am still fighting with my lawyer to get PIP payouts for medical, loss of work, living assistance etc. They use every trick in the book including very old doctors that no longer practice for IME's to avoid payout.
GEIGO is a despicable company that charges the most for insurance and takes every possible step not to pay it's claims. This has been going on for 4 years! The accident was 100% the other drives fault according to GEIGO investigation. They change adjusters constantly to confuse the customer (me) and the lawyer.
What they don't realize is they fight and thought it left me disabled I fight back ever day too.

A View From Two Queens: Love the sinner, Hate sin!
A View From Two Queens: Love the sinner, Hate sin!: This is a statement I heard a number of years ago from a co-worker of mine who worked for the FAA and was Baptist! This statement was mad...Jehovah's Witnesses Change View!
Love the sinner, Hate sin!
This is a statement I heard a number of years ago from a co-worker of mine who worked for the FAA and was Baptist! This statement was made because of me being gay and you love a gay person but hate the sin of gay sex!
Jehovah's Witnesses have recently accepted the same standing on this subject. They still because of ignorance associate being gay to being an alcoholic, a born evil person with a desire to kill etc. Never mind that science proves otherwise they insist the Bible says so!
So lets quickly review the Bible without prejudice! Lot slept with his daughters supposedly because they though they were the last human survivors to procreate. Solomon had 1000 wife's, I guess to procreate though the main reason was he wanted to! Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed not because of gay people , BUT BECAUSE LOT COULD NOT FIND ONE GOOD HUMAN! Jesus never mentioned anything about not loving gay people and/or the act of homosexuality!
I get the point that man should not lay down with man because they could not procreate (though woman could lay down with woman)! But technology today is what the technology then and today gay men can procreate! I know lots of gay men who have had children from a willing woman , their mother!
Hate the sinner, but not the sin is like "don't ask, don't tell"! It's like when blacks were not allowed in JW's hall's (they don't call them churches)! It's like when they were against organized religion just to become one!
With time they changed and I am happy having a JW family that at least know I can be loved by them. My sexual behavior should be no-ones business as is not if you're a heterosexual, bisexual or no-sexual, as we all become as we age. To use ignorance and thereby keep people from finding love and being happy and supporting heterosexuality with a divorce rate of 60% (gay divorce rate is heading that way) is ignorant.
What they or religion don't talk about is that homosexuality exists in the animal kingdom and even the plant kingdom! It would make sense to stop population growth it would become prevalent in the human kingdom.
Maybe that is why Jesus never mentioned since he knew that was not an issue. Just like embracing a prostitute was not an issue! It's LOVE after all, that he stressed was needed and would show his people to be different!

HAART/HIV/AIDS Time For a New Beginning & Understanding!
Yes we are heading into 2012 and yes AIDS still scare the shit out of people. The thought of death and what happened in the early 90's is very difficult to forget. But there comes a time we need to move on and understand the difference between the diseases.
Today there is a disease for everything. Recently I found out I had Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease! Sounds scary n, but as the doctor said nothing a proper diet can't handle. This is what needs to be done with HAART, the original name before HIV/AIDS was introduced as acronyms around the world scaring people to death.
HAART is like Cancer, a disease that weakens you're immune system. Actually some forms of Cancer is more dangerous than HAART. As doctor's put it "people with controlled HIV have a 10% better change of getting an infection than those without!". As I say this I don't mean to belittle HAART/HIV/AIDS!
All I am saying is because you are HIV, it's not time to go on disability, ask for Federal assistance or wait for death. It's a disease that like many others needs to be monitored and one can live a long life. Actually if I am correct the oldest person with HIV died recently at 94 and not from AIDS!
SO BECAUSE YOU HAVE HIV DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL EVER GET OR DIE FROM AIDS!
I have a sister who has terminal cancer and was given a 1-10 years! People with HIV are not given any years! They now live healthy long life's contributing to society, family and the community.
Another though to remember is that people are diagnosed as having AIDS if a number hits below 200. I know of people who lived many years before taking medication at the number 78 or even 50. It's a number not a death sentence.
I for one, am not scared of that disease or anyone having it. I add it to all the diseases we have, some of which can be worse, such as my sister. I am not encouraging anyone to become positive with HAART! But all I am saying is it's time to separate HAART from AIDS. People with active AIDS just like Active or terminal cancer can still live beyond the time allocated by doctors. HIV does not mean you have or will ever have AIDS!
I remember 10 years ago Rob and I visited a friend we will leave un-named and he thought he was dying of AIDS. Today he is a very good looking muscular healthy man and will probably die of old age or some other illness that sometimes strikes us all.

HAART, Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy, is the name given to aggressive treatment regimes used to suppress HIV viral replication and the progression of HIV disease.
Therefore Embrace the name HAARTS and DROP HIV/AIDS~

The Holiday's, The Pain, The Solution!
Every year it arrives and every year I am never prepared for it. Growing up we celebrated the holidays and I have fond memories of it as a small boy in Portugal. We never got much, but I remember that plastic truck I spent weeks or months paying with the sand.I always though I would grow up to be a builder of something and I did I created winning teams that I am so proud of!
That being said we then became Jehovah's Witnesses and celebrates stopped. Actually I did not miss them. I mean I don't understand why people don;t like beautiful lights, and what seems to be happiness! I always loved buying things for people, my children loved ones etc. Nevertheless we did not celebrate it and life moved on. We used other yearly celebrations to fill is the gap and it worked.
Now as I age and away from my children I find the holidays very painful! I know they are coming I try very hard to think positive but depression kicks in! People often say if you know you have depression you can solve it. Like an alcoholic it's the first step to sobriety! How wrong people are!
I have dealt with depression all my life! All the way back to my parents splitting up and leaving my country! Yes all the way to age 9! I was on Valium when no-one knew children should not be given that type of medication! However it saved my life!
I am back on that and more to address recent events but especially the holidays! I so much miss my children and grandson! Life has apart for now and I don;t see a time when this will change. Our lives have gone in different directions. And like all things children need to want to see their parents! It can't be one way!
In addition with all the medical problems the holidays are tough. So to deal with the Pain on loneliness, actual pain, missing my children and so forth Rob and I try to plan small trips of his day's off. I love being with him. He is my light in a very dark world. I thanks the powers to be for preparing me by allowing someone with such special gifts to be part of my life. It is magical and wonderful.
And though he can't fill in for all of my thoughts, sadness and the pain of the holidays, he does provide the spirit of the good of life!

Being in Love Forever! (a must read)
In reading this morning news about:
makes me wonder why we as a community want to accept the word marriage and then instead of being an example have the same divorce rates as heterosexuals! When I came out about 13 years ago I wanted a life the same I had with my x-wife but I fell in Love with Robert! I guess this will be short and simple!
Rosie O'Donnell: I'm in love
Rosie is in love but not "fell in love" There is a huge difference! We can "be in love" with many people. I mean being a chicken hawk, I could be in love everyday with every cute guy that gives me attention or the eyes to the nearest bathroom!
But when I met Robert from that moment May 11, @ 130 pm I knew that he was it! I had hear of this magic but was never a believer! There was no longer a need to look, to search to ponder, to think! My heart, my soul, my every thought was him!
He did not have money, he did not have a great job, he did not have material things to contribute to what would be our life together but what he has was special! He was as his friends call him "ROBERT"! One of the most amazing individuals I have met during my time on earth!
From the onset we had challenges, we came from two different worlds and yes, he will say we broke up every other day! But those were steps to what we have today. I have been "in love with Robert from the moment I met him"!
Elizabeth Taylor said it well, "I have loved every man I have married and still do, when you love, you love forever"! But she was "in LOVE" with only one.
We take the words "in love" lightly! One should be reminded of what the bible says about love and if we did we would not be "in love" 5 times or 8 times in our life! Some will say well Joe you have had two loves, so who are you to speak! I have to correct those people! I loved and still love Isabel, but I was never "in love" with her.
This is not intended to hurt her! She gave me everything I needed at that time and I know she was "in love" with me! It's something I should not have ever done to her. But people do it all the time as Rosie is about to do it again! People fall "in love" easily, when breaking up is so hard to do!
When I met Rob for the first 5 years we had 3 reminders our relationship was based on! It still is written 13 years later on the chalk board today! And we said no matter what "leaving is not an option"!
We fell in love and in time it kept growing! Every little mistake, added to our relationship! Every little win, adds to our relationship! Every little fight, added to our relationship! These are not reasons to break up, these are reasons to grow!
You see it's easy to say "I'm in love"! It's another to prove it!

50% Divorces + 50% Effort The Missing Link!
Robert and I were discussing this on our wway back from a night away! As a couple we take a night or two away to spend time together alone. I have always done this both in my previous relationship with my kids and now with Rob! It gives us an opportunity to relax and talk about issues as well as be silly and mostly as I face surgery just be together.
On our way back the discussion was how much effort do individuals put into marriages? If you follow my blogs you will know by know I don;t believe in marriage for gay people or even straight ones (if you find one). I believe in partnerships! Relationships are partners trying to accomplish something, let it be bringing up children as a family or just deciding to live as two people who care about each other. So the question we were debating was how much effort does each individual put into the r relationship?
And in addition why does it seem that the gay community divorce rate is the same as heterosexuals? Could it be down to mathematics and the fact we have all been taught wrong math?
All my life I was told it's a 50/50 relationship not partnership! And interestingly it's a 50/50% divorce rate or somewhere around there! So could our basic mathematics on this issue be wrong? Do we need to put more than 50% or 51% or 75% to make a relationship last? The answer is so simple it amazes me and should also amaze you all!
THE ANSWER IS WE ALL NEED TO GO INTO A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE MINDSET WE NEED TO GIVE 110%! Why?
The answer is so simple and somewhat biblical! There is a famous biblical story about a person feeling alone and only seeing two steps in the sand, thereby thinking the creator was not there and did not care! That person is reminded that the creator was carrying him/her and why the only two steps!
Marriage and/or a partnership between two people is the same way! There are times you may have to carry the entire 110%! It's when you're not prepared for this or even thought of it that makes a relationship fall apart! This is applicable to emotions, sex, cleaning gardening, family issues etc.
I happen to be the one that carried Robert for the first 10 years we were together and now with all my challenges due to two automotive accidents I see Robert at times carry 110% as I relax and try to somehow make it through another day! I saw this with his sister and brother in-law Loraine and Chuck who is also dealing with heavy health issues! Our relationship lasts like their does! It may not be perfect and at times even depressing! But as Rob told me yesterday, "we are together and I love you and don;t mind taking care of you"!
Somehow I have made so many deposits into the relationship that recent withdrawn are OK! We have always believed that we put 110%! There are some things he insists on doing and there are some I insist even if a challenge.
So if you want to be part of the 50% that stay together for life remember that it takes 110% to accomplish that goal. If you put in 50% you may find yourself in that 50% divorced!

Oxycodone Abuse Leads to Others Suffering!
I don't usually blog but here it goes!
I happened to be with Joe at the neurologist yesterday when we were told he has problems with his legs due to issues with his central nervous system. I could not help but observe this yellow paper with an article meant for all patients on the abuse of Oxycodone in the Pasco, Pinellas counties.
Joe and I have traveled and lived in 5 states and in some at multiple locations within a state. We have never seen the abuse to prescription drugs as in this area! It accounts for the highest deaths in Florida. More young people die from prescription drugs than automotive accidents.
Just two weeks ago they rounded up users and dealers in New Port Richey but the problem isn't being addressed. Yes it is true that our generation has gotten accustomed to prescription drugs. It's a very inexensive way to escape from life and life's pain.
In our family we have both young and old addicted to prescription drugs so we see it. But the root cause analysis is who prescribes these to people who don't need them? These are the individuals that should be arrested and charged with the problem. They kept putting a band aid on the issue and the problem continues.
Authorities have arrested users and dealers in NPR but 5 miles in Hudson in some of trailer parks are passing them as fast as they can. It is a problem in every town, county! They made a dent on the problem and get the media to believe something was done and everyone is happy!
I write this for I see Joe suffer to get some medication to address some major health issues. I mean just getting cough syrup NyQuil requires proof you're over 21 here in Pasco. The entire process is out of control and the root cause is never addressed. We are led to believe it is but it's not!
In the end who suffers are those that needed it! It's easier to get pain killers for Joe down the street wide open (don't tell me police down't know) then it is to get a doctor to prescribe medication so he can be a few hours without pain.
It's something Joe and I need to address soon and may have to get doctors in another county that is not facing this challenge.
It just happens Joe is allergic to Oxycodone and that family of medications. But any pain killers are frowned upon in our county, due to the abuse by those that don't need it!
Just let meth, cocaine and whatever other counties use in, so that sick people can get the medication that is legal for medical purposes. You don't have to go far to get these illegal drugs but these kids start at 14 or younger using their parents or grandparents prescribed medications! There lies another problem! These kids don't drive or have the means to go get high they use the medicine cabinet!
The schools obviously don't address the issues either. We have family experiences where schools actually encourage the abuses by attacking the parents and providing no addiction support when these kids are caught an an early age, so we are told by family member's who have lived here for years. We are newbies in this area. There is not much to do here either and it's a very poor community with people living in trailer parks and homes that are occupied by the less fortunate in society, thereby encouraging this type of abuse!
Why should people like Joe suffer while other healthy people get high! Police, Political Leaders, Religious leaders and educators, do you're job and don't mask a problem solved by catching a few people in NPR when both counties are infested like cock roaches!

What make you a beautiful person!
If you follow me on all of the community chat rooms including I am proud to say Google Plus, you will note that this mornings song is Beautiful People by Chris Brown! Some including me may say, he is not a beautiful person for a beautiful person would not of abused Rhiana! But we must move beyond that!
Maybe this song is something that changed him! I would like to believe this, though I doubt it! But the boy is a great entertainer and singer and though he can't do both at the same time he is beautiful on the inside. Since I don;t know him personally I can;t speak for the inside!
There lies the challenge loving people for who they are not what they are perceived to be! This week all over the chat rooms, everyone was passing around what fat people are doing, skinny ones, gay ones etc.! You get the point! Yes most of the time we are influenced by our peers and it does not stop in school! I see it in my family and they are facing death of old age. But one always tries to outdo the other! Does this make them beautiful?
I can't judge, I just write! I have my opinion but no-one judges my ass (they try) but fuck them! I try very hard to go beyond the tattoos, piercings, swinging of the hips or fat huge hips! I try to go beyond the size though all you know I like twinks, the creator gave me a cub so there are lessons there. Love is skin deep, very, very deep!
If you see my uploads it's of beauty on earth, beautiful people and OK drag Queens they are just fabulous! Beautiful or not, anyone that can put a wig on and 6" fuck me heels is beautiful! You rarely see fat people! I am sorry, Rob and I disagree on this! He really goes beyond the size! I am a little shallow, so I need to work on this! After all the creator thought me another lesson I went from being a twink (which I hated to being HUGE (it's something like velucious wrong spelling!)) FAT!
The bottom line is as James told me yesterday! Yes the hunk I keep uploading who is so fucking shy and thinks he is fat! It must be his cock cause there isn't an inch to pinch! He said, beauty is a brain that can carry a conversation and a heart that cares followed by very hot sex! No I said the sex part!
I am in a crazy mood today! I am about to visit Rob's family tomorrow I have never met and he hasn't seen since he was 9! In gay years it's like two centuries! I am so excited and Rob is so like, (I can't spell the word I need here), about seeing his family!
But before that we are hitting Parliament House where we are seeing Colt men, YES the porn stars, after all why would not not make a quick stop to see real beautiful shallow people!

9/11 The Day After
Rob always stays quiet on the sidelines when it comes to these issues. We talk he agrees but to bog on them is another issue!
I am very opinionated on subjects such as these for I see media and government driven fear so that American's think monies spent and efforts taken justify in the name of security! This is totally false! What we should eb examining if we truly want security and get the best security implementations is "lessons learned"! What did we learn after 9/11. Even the commission establishes said in a recent report we are better but nowhere close to be a secured country!
You see sometimes (actually all the times) because of the bickering in congress nothing gets done. And because of special interest groups very little accomplished that makes sense! I know for I supported both the FAA and Military and I personally saw the incompetence and lack of interest of implementing necessary steps to provide security and save the tax payers money.
For some reason the day after 9/11 we established laws that took away our liberties! We instituted a massive program called the TSA that frisks little old ladies and children because they are presumed guilty until an educated fat person who has no concept of security gropes you and says your not a terrorist.
In a country where we are innocent til proven guilty we have the TSA saying you're guilty till proven innocent. We went to war in false pretenses! Congressmen and the president lied to the American people and we have lost around 5000 soldiers in the name of freedom. We tend to forget Russia tried to help those countries and after many loses left. We condemned the Russians then but followed suit and did the same.
You see we Americans are easily lead astray! We don't question Why? We just follow and die!
We live in a world that radar can see me take a piss in my back yard, but for some reason we don;t know who is in our borders! The US government has the ability if they worked as a unit to stop the nonsense at TSA and know who every citizen is and where they are. The technology exists! But the internal turf wars keep the government from working efficient!
We spend millions (added to the trillions of deficit) to add more security to a possible threat! Do we really believe there was really one! It's fabricated to keep us in fear. Family Guy the comedy on TV has a story when any money is spent as long as we mention 9/11! This is a funny story but it;s so true.
We have become a blinded society, guided by fear and not common sense and in the process lost our innocence, freedom and liberties!
You can change that! THINK, ANALYZE, SPEAK OUT, and in 2012 demand change in America!

9/11 A Tragedy for The Last 10 years!
I don't have to explain what I am about to say, but let me give a little history on my family and I!
My grandparents came to America in WW2 for prosperity! Not that we were poor in Madeira, but America needed help and my grandparents rose to the occasion! Things were so bad that rat was the meal most of the time on the voyage by ship to the US. They landed and worked in New England had a daughter and years later after the war returned to their country with my aunt.
When my Aunt was 16 she wanted to come to American and so she did. Many years later the process of getting all the family here began. Of course some that stayed behind are much better off today since Madeira is for the rich and famous, but who would of know then!
I love this country! I have issues with waste in government because I was exposed to it! I sometimes could not sleep at night because my conscience, I knew it was wrong what was happening both at the FAA and Military by contractors! However I did my best to do the "right thing" and then after my accident had to go on disability!
This being said, I am apauled that we pay so much attention to 9/11 but have learned little since then. America has been bombing countries in the name of pride and oil. We Americans have been lied by our leaders and in the process over 5000 soldiers have died. That is almost twice the number that died in 9/11.Where is their event annually and every decade?
Don't get me wrong we should not forget, but more important we should remember that sometimes what you do to others comes back to bite you! We as a country don't work as a unit! If you look at government, within the same organization they don't work as a unit! If we payed more attention to doing "things right", having accountability in our leaders and government workers and caring for our citizens maybe we would treat the world a little bit better!
Terrorist exist everywhere. The Oklahoma bombing was by one of us! But we did not go to war with Oklahoma! We sometimes cause our own problems! We destroy country's and then rebuild them! We kill and torture in the name of security and then we don't expect it to be done to us! We react and put policies and organizations into place that waste our money and provide a false sense of security (TSA) and consider our citizens guilty until sexually groped to be proven innocent! We have become an insane nation. We have lost liberties since 9/11 in the name of security!
When we thing of those that died on 9/11 we should especially think of the 5000 and counting that have died since then! We should think and fix the all the implementations that cause us so much money and provide no value to citizens.
So their will be tears in coming days and much pom-pass for the limelight! There will be speeches, recordings never heard and at the end of the memorial what will we go home with?
Still fighting two wars, still inadequate security at our boarders and I don;t mean a Mexican wall (stupid). No government accountability by leaders or employees and a disaster waiting to happen either within our borders by our citizens or from external sources!
What have we learned from 9/11? Well you be the judge of that!

Never-mind gay in the military, what about gay in government!
This has been almost 6 years in coming and I said at 53 I would be a little more bold! So here is a story that will not surprise many, but depicts how gay people are treated in government and unlike the military that have been there and lets face it doing each other for decades the government shuns anyone identified as gay!
Let me explain;
I was hired as a contractor right after 9/11 sight unseen solely based on my resume and documents I had written. I moved fro San Francisco to New Jersey to support the FAA Technical center with NADIN, Capstone and other weather related programs through RICOM!
Less than 9 months later or around this time I was asked to lead a group of 18 or so through another contract controlled by a company CNSI! They gave me 18 I turned it into 32 full time positions. Obviously one accomplishes this because of competence and deliverable. I was the first in the FAA to ask for weekly individual reports of task at hand and accomplished. I thought when I asked for this I would be beheaded! But with a little support from the powers to be most followed through except those that were in bed with the FAA!
You see some people had become fixtures in a well rooted incompetent system. A few very talented individulas run the support system made up of app 500 people mostly contractors. Yes supposedly government is small! This is purely bullshit! Under President Clinton as he made government smaller he neglected to tell Americans that a new line item was entered called "other" and the start of contractors took off! It was like a virus that continues today!
I enjoyed working with Steve Davi! Though he is no longer with us he cared about the taxpayer and was efficient and productive! So much he was given the responsibility to release Capstone. My team supported NADIN managed by Andy Isaksen (Tall boots)! I say this because he could talk his way out of a pile of shit and people believed him! Even when I would present facts to the contrary the man was talented at dishing bullshit and people ate it as if it was served on a gold platter. I have to say at this point his wife was the highest paid contractor and existed because her husband had power and a mouth that could sell you land on mars!
I enjoyed working at the FAA until Michael Gallagher, another efficient productive Manager left the organization. He like Steve Davi were not liked! You see it's not what you accomplished at the Center it's who's ass you kiss! That continues to this day. One has to ask why Managers today need secretaries making 85k when their job is reading a book or surfing the net. And Fran Bourne had two secretaries.. Of course she was a Group Manager! Just amazing at the waste of money! A few weeks ago I wrote to her and said it was time to retire! This may assist with her decision to do so!
But the main reason for this blog is not to expose the incompetent people that hire contractors to do their job while they shop at Macy's! It's to say that when I expressed in writing that a new manager should not be saying prayers at meetings or encourage me and my partner to join her church so we could be fixed, I was fired just for being gay. As a contractor you don't meed a reason to be released! I told Both Bill Balleste and Fran Bourne and some co-workers I trusted as to why she was releasing me and to no avail.
You see gay people are all over the FAA! But most that I knew, and believe me thee were lots, were closeted. Even when confronted in public coming out of a sex bookstore when you should be working the individuals would not admit to being gay! OK, so they just finished having sex with a guy or guys, sometimes 2-3 times in a day instead of working but don't tell anyone at the FAA you're gay for either you're moved around or if a contractor out of a job!
More on this in future blogs!

It's Almost Christmans!
Every time Labor Day comes along all I can think is of Christmas! It could be you start seeing all the Christmas displays going up at all the stores, but it's not. When I was little and school started the focus was on Christmas and so that stuck in my mind to this day!
All I remember of school when it came to holidays was Christmas and Easter! I loved drawing and most of the time my drawings were displayed as you walked into the classroom so my focus was what to draw for Christmas and Easter.
They say the first 5 years molds you for the rest of you're life. I would say the first 10 years do that! It's my nature based on my experience that it's the first 10 and of course being my nature I have to disagree with what they say!
As far as I am concerned the lights would go up with the tree right before Thanksgiving! But then I would stand out like a sore thumb, but if you know me that is exactly how I like to stand out.
It just seems that from now to Christmas time moves so fast then it drags for a while as we deal with winter and speeds through summer and it keeps repeating until your days are over. I remember sitting in school looking at the clock wondering when the class never mind the day would end. Today I blink and Christmas is here!
Another reason we kind of all start looking toward Christmas right about now, is because no matter how bad things are or how bad people can be, somehow everyone is at their best behavior, bad news turn to good. For a while the propaganda from the media and others relaxes a little and we get a break from constant bad news. To me we should start looking toward Christmas like the people who prepare for the Thanksgiving Parade do at Macy's! The day after!
So this December 26 lets all think it's almost Christmas and just maybe those that control what we see will focus on the good in the world, the good in people and we all can act as if it's almost Christmas!

Gay-Human Rights-Homesuxuality
This subject was on that is noted on my Facebook page on a discussion with my good friend from Jersey sponsoring two people for the Galloway Township in Jersey! All I said being that he is pro gay or as he says it "human rights" that they be too!
We my friend being a "man's man". the subject is not an easy one for him, not so much his wife! Both are beautiful people and names will not be used to protect the innocent me! lolololo
He is right in a perfect world! But we are not there and I don;t think we will be for centuries to come, mainly because we don;t separate religion from politics and also because of the hypocrisy. How many political leaders or religious ones do we have to catch in bathrooms with men or with prostitutes!
That being said my friend the following has been an issue for almost a century:
1, Women fighting for equal rights (not yours) "human rights", equal to men
2. Blacks fighting for basic rights "human Rights", like whites
3. Gay people fighting to be treated like straight ones, "Human Rights",
You see my friend "human Rights" masks the problem! Being a quality engineer all my life I know how important it is to go to the lowest denominator to solve a problem. Just saying "Human Rights" does not solve some basic "human needs"! The need to be equal whether your skin is a different color, or your a woman and if your gay!
Sexual preference or orientation should not be anybody's business! The government is to protect all it's people. Religion can do what it wants, that's another blog! But let me remind you all that Jesus never mentioned anything about being gay and he embraced prostitution! Enough said!
And to not being "gay" does not mean your a homosexual! Gay is an attraction being a homosexual is an act on that attraction. There is a huge difference. Persona y not that I have any data, but I believe 99.9% of society is gay but not homosexual yet! It's a matter of time. Its built into our animal kingdom which we are a part of!
So even if your gay you may not be a homosexual and either way until we ae treated equal to straight people the struggle continues and the questioned needs to be asked!
Dr. Q
PS! I love you and your wife! How is our stop sign!

Live made easy, watch out Google+
I don't know how money is made but on my Android I try very much to get as much done as possible with one App. This is why an app that can include multiple other ones please me!
T-Mobile has one that does not work perfect but I can twitter, Myspace and Facebook at the same time. I was an early supporter of Google +, but after two months of waiting for a test, they either have many problems or the marketing of surprise will fail.
Being a QA Manager responsible for product delivery (good product) I am a believer in testing and then releasing. But the public does not like being told something is coming and then months go and nothing. This is why Microsoft stock is stuck at 25.00 and Google at 600. But always remember the larger you are the faster you fall.
So yes I like my life made easier and I was hoping Google + would do this since my phone is my link to the world. But be careful, Facebook is not sitting around to become a Myspace!
Of course Rob says what we have is sufficient! I embrace new technology, new ideas and am always tinkering with what someone has to offer. I even have all my phone messages txt'd to my cell. Yes life made easier and I see Facebook doing the right things very fast!
Soon Facebook if they play their cards right will be 600 and Google 25.

A nation that has forgotten how to think!
I always thought that along with qualities such as dependability, effectiveness comes the ability to THINK! I am here to admit I was wrong. I don;t know why but I have some ideas as to how we have become a nation that no longer thinks!
Yes we can have citizens and even employes that are dependable! They can show up to vote or on time for work. They can follow instructions and even be effective if there are clear instructions and processes and procedures!
For over 30 years I lead the efforts in corporate America in defining processes and procedures, but I always told my team those are guides and you need to THINK it through! As I see what is happening in the stock market, politics and even religion, no one thinks anymore. They just follow!
Every major power since the beginning of time has ceased to exist because they "stooped thinking"! Rob and I always disagree on this topic and this could explain why he does not like managing people. He has to think for them, and he feels thinking for himself is work enough!
I, on the other hand love to think, analyze and guide others. But my motto is think for yourself. I never have had a team that "are doers" meaning do as I say! I always chose thinkers, "think of what I said and challenge, then do! I don't see one Republican say America think of your future, think of the past and make a decision!
We quickly forgot, Bush, Clinton but always remember Reagan! All presidents had something to offer. You think of the good and bad and make a decision. Don't be lead by commercials, quick bites and the propaganda... THINK!
THINK when it come to family, religion, politics and challenges facing you! Don't look for a quick fix. THINK and be dependable to stay the course until you see your thoughts through!
Be a DEPENDABLE person, citizen, father, mother, brother sister etc and think on your actions so that dependable you will be!

Opinios are like having an ass, we all have one!
And one wonders why Washington can't do much! They are following opinions, past comments religious beliefs etc verses the constitution. But then our founding fathers did not explicitly tell us how to wipe our ass and what kind of paper to use. In my lifetime I have gone from leaves to soft cushioned cotton like paper that clocks the pipes!
So Rob and I disagree on this topic! He tends to stay by the side and hey in 30-40 years if he is lucky he moves on to another dimension! I ted to be more up front and confrontational, or as I say speak my mind. Some of these things eat me inside. Thank god for technology and Medicare I no longer stay up at nights thinking about it. I had that problem for 30+ years until discovered recently I have sleep apnea! Now I actually sleep though it’s with an assistance of a machine! Oh well at least I sleep, don’t snore and Rob does not have to elbow me to start breathing when I stop.
And so for those that follow me on these blogs, yes Rob and I have difference of opinions so if you drive by with a shot gun make sure you shot the right person. He would be an innocent bystander. Like me he has an ass and his opinion! Gee, does that remind you of Washington!
I have lived a good live and since I am disabled/retired (as I call it) I still sometimes have an active mind and when I do I let my opinions heard! On the days I forget even who Rob is; I stay in the sidelines and ponder as to why we can't get our act together. In this case I mean my act like moving my feet, remembering who my partner is or even why I am still here!
I guess if we all knew the purpose of why we exist and for what goal, maybe, just maybe they could accomplish something in Washington!

Opinions are like an ass, everyone has one!
And one wonders why Washington can't do much! They are following opinios, past comments religious beliefes etc verses the constetution. But then our founding fathers did not explicity tell us how to wipe our ass and what kind of paper to use. In my lifetime I have gone from leaves to soft cushioned coton like paper that clocks the pipes!

Working with the government as an outside, good and bad!
As most of you know I supported the government both the FAA and Military for a number of years and even had an opportunity to support state government in Washington State. Lets just say there are challenges there. Some of which can only be corrected if there is a total collapse of the system which I strongly believed should of happened when George Bush was president.
But since we can't change the past lets discuss the what works post disability! Yes I am now disabled and actually up at this time bogging to keep my mind occupied so I don't focus on the intensive pain on my right leg. We do;t have an analysts for this because you see getting good doctors who take Medicaid is a challenge.
Most who take Medicaid are of Hindu,India background and I have no issues with this except I insist they can communicate with me. I have an excellent Indian Kidney doctor (Dr Reddy) but I have found the opposite is true for other doctors I need. It's a similar situation in Miami with Latins.
That being said I recently had to deal with Medicare for Dad and found the experience to be one I did not expect. They were kind, considerate and actually willing to help and guide me to make sure he gets the health care he needs to get better and go home. I was amazed and surprised that I actually had such a good experience dealing with a government worker.
I had a similar experience with my disability application process and I hear being approved in 90 days is a record. At a time when I am very strongly against big government and sometimes what seems and actually is lots of waste in government, I want to tell you all there are some that care and still take their jobs seriously and address citizens needs.
I thank those who take this approach when working for our federal government.

Move or not move! Rob's dream~
As I await my Wrangler Jeep from Jersey so I can act like I am 18 again and as we just planted roots in Bayonet Point (a classy name for Hudson) we are already wondering where to next!
There is Roberts dream and there is reality. I think both can exist, it's a matter of finding how and when.
My stepdad has taken a turn for the worse and that needs to iron itself out, Then there is my Mom in her late 70's that we still need to assist as much as possible. There is my sister and her health issues and then there are my medical needs. All these make Rob's dream difficult to fulfill!
But if the creator is watching and I believe I have been watched over for many years and so I am confident that if the wish is to live in Key West as Rob desires then it will happen. I have to say, I could walk around slowly and keep myself occupied with all the bars. But then again I rarely drink anymore.
I could keep myself occupied with all the hotties either living or visiting there and dam we could go to all those parties once we network with the community.
For now we are here, Rob has finally a nice Job and all is good. But don't be surprised if one day my blog is going to you all fro, Key West. After all I have lived my dreams and it's time for Rob to live his!

To pad or not to pad!
Rob and I have two very different views on these new laptop replacements the PADS! Yes I believe the computer will cease to exist and either phones or PADS will become the future.
It's just a matter of time! But the issue is very simple yet complex!
You see I like a keyboard! Yes, I had the Iphone and that was not good for me though Ron liked it. Call it the clean factor, but I spent more time cleaning the screen than I did using the phone. Then there are these large fingers and I could not type for shit.
So I see the writing in the wall but I hope designers think of people like me and have a sliding qwery board so people like me can type and not dirty the screen.
So changes are Rob will PAD soon but I for one am looking at a new laptop!

Our desire to be nude!
Many years ago I had a beautiful little girl. She from birth was smart and had a little bit of attitude! She would mimic reading the newspaper if though she did not know how to read! She was and is the joy and my pride till the day I die.
But what does this little angel (things have changed) have to do with our desire to be nude? Well from the earlier of years she loved walking around in the nude! We would dress her up, she would undress herself. The battle became more difficult as she aged. "Why can't I be like my brother"", she would say. "He does not have to wear shirts, so why should I"!
Well in her teens she started to wear something to barely cover what society seems to want covered her breasts. Being of a European culture, I don’t see the big deal on showing breasts, but as a nation we see m to want to cover anything seemed inappropriate.
If you believe in creation, this became an issue after sin. Until that occurred both male and female enjoyed being nude.
Today as we head to the 22nd century, there is a need by the baby generation to walk around in the nude. Go to the beach in the nude and live in their homes in the nude. It's not spoken of much by society in general, but shows; like "Family Guy" and others discuss the topic here and there. Europe has advanced on this topic and nudity stands next to fully dressed people with no problem.
Ro and I have lived in app 7 states and we have found nude communities, campgrounds and beaches. Rob does not like tan lines so he enjoys sunbathing in the nude. I (nothing to look at) like sitting in my backyard clothes free, but shun away from public places.
I have family members who have embraced this need to be nude. I don’t know if it's a right from birth to be nude or a stimulating one as you age. But 80% of the people in these places are over 40/50. You would think that people who have what seems like perfect bodies would be the major nuttiest, but over 2 decades I have found that not to be true.
So whether for stimulation or just because you enjoy a total tan, go nude! It hurts no-one and may please some.
This is dedicated to my daughter who has grown up with the difficulty of knowing she is a woman and in our society you can't play basketball in the nude! Well, maybe she has, I would not know!

When love is needed we are obligated to embrace those begging to be loved!
And so this week we have a new member of our family! A 21 yo smart young man that has seen some rough times in his life! His mother asked if we could assist with his goals. Yes he is 21 and a man and so could have been left in the streets until the streets took him!
It was an easy decision! I have the time to shadow Joe and I, from the first time I met him knew that somehow we would end up mentor hi as he faces his next challenges and fulfills his goals.
This is more of a difficult decision for Rob than I. In my previous life we had students from Europe stay with us and it helped my own children appreciate culture and other people with different likes and dislikes.
We decided after long discussions to embrace Joe! The first day went well and I am confident this young man will be a star. I see a flower waiting to bloom! It just needs some water, (attention) love and patience (listening). Similar to my beautiful roses he WILL flourish.
To all my other children and those in my inner circle buddy Joe on facebook @ Joseph Vitale!

A Gay RIGHT to marry, It's always been here!
I think it's time for this blogger to explain the right to marry verses government’s acceptance and recognizing that marriage.
The right to marry whom you love exist s and has existed since the beginning of time. Rob and I got married on June 20 2006 in Miami Beach in front of our friends and relatives and no-one stopped us. We live in a free country where we have a basic right to do that along with many other rights.
However the government does not recognize that marriage. We did not wait for that to be the rule of the country and neither should anyone in love.
It's time people understood that we can get married and no-one can stop us! I think even our community mis0-understand this little freedom. I was never one to wait to be accepted by society. I/we do what we think is right and we move forward and the right to marry Robert was never a questionable step in our relationship.
Someday the government may see fit to accept our marriage! But either way we are married and that is all that matters!

In search of a stalker!
For years I always wondered what it's like to have someone like you so much they stalk you. I reminded me of that episode on Will & Grace when Jack stalked (I forgot his ame). It was funny yet dealt with an issue that some don;t take so lightly.
So I have always wanted a stalker! Don;t get me wrong I don;t want someone stalking to kill me or separate me from my true love (that would never happen)! I wanted a Jack!!!!
Someone that could not wait to see me, someone that called me all the time that I enjoyed talking to, someone cute obviously and someone that was not attached.
In some way people would say well you have that! Yes, I am can honestly say I have someone who enjoys being with me and if not working is actually with me all the time. But he and I are one so it's a little different!
I would like someone I can't have but would desire me and want me as if he could.
Well why did this blog come about? I have one that seems to fit this category, except he is in Indonesia! I guess at least it happened and was short lived but fun.

Rob is back to Work-We Agree to Disagree
With Rob back to work we need to plan our vacations wisely. We definitely agree on the Jan 12 vacation to my birthplace Madeira Portugal but beyond that we are t odds!
Rob's idea of vacation is season tickets to Bush Gardens, Disney and Universal as I want to head to Europe, Canada and Mexico and maybe venture to Australia to see my family and South America.
Somehow we need to have a balance and this is where we are! He wants both. But both require lots of money and time. Time I have money we don't!
Then there is the struggle of time away from my family here and the balance of keeping in touch with my kids in the New England area. All of this stresses me out!
I wish It would all just fall in place but it's a struggle and sometimes very verbally so as to what we do next. I am sure this will all work out but I just have to remember I will always no matter what have a child, like partner I am in love with that will somehow win as I become the photographer since my disability does not allow me to go on most of the park rides.
Yes as we move on I start living my life while watching him live it. Can't say it's bad, but dam I do love London, Spain and though I don’t smoke it Amsterdam would be nice.

A government shut down- You asked for it!
Do you realize when the government shuts down it pays its people back to the day it shut down! So let's see they shut down the government, millions of government workers stay home and go shoe shopping and when the battle is over these workers, who did nothing, get their pay retroactive to that day!
I JUST LOVE GOVERMENT! I supported it for the last 10 years of my career. I needed it to live now being disabled and realizing that my check along with others may not arrive next month angers me. So many areas of government are out of control, that it should shut down and begin brand new with private contracts monitored by government workers who are qualified to monitor.
We are the best democratic nation, but there is little to be liked about how it works just be dealing with Medicaid. It is so out of control, lacking common sense with unqualified staff that one can only get something done properly if escalated to management. It's like the first line of defense should all be fired.
So shut it down and create it from scratch with a profit in mind and not a burden on tax payers. It's an idea, amazes me why this idea is not implemented!

Our little girl Bett, and my brother!
We got Bett a number of years ago after our buddy could not take care of her due to lots of traveling. In addition Bett, being a shiba-inu needs allot of attention! She actually tens to get into trouble if you’re not paying attention to her by her terms!
We were there when she came home and when a little pup I remember taking turns with Rob and walking her for our buddy in Mays Landing NJ. From the start there was an attraction, so when he said he was giving her away we said we would take her.
For about a week she fought with our Bam Bam (Pekingese) who always had the house to himself. But the day we had decided she could not stay because she was always attacking Bam Bam, it's as if she heard us and they became best of buddies until Bam Bam passed away last fall.
This blog is to note the remarkable intelligence these animals have. She has become very attached to my brother who showers her with love. Yesterday my mom visited with my sister and often my brother is with them.
Bett was on the back yard with me and jumped and cried with excitement! I opened the screen door and she ran past my sister and mom to the front screen door with such anticipation and then noticed my brother was not there! She put her head down passed my mom and sister again and returned to the rear deck very disappointed.
My brother has captured her heard and she has captured his! Though she is extremely excited when Rob and I return from a short trip, it is obvious she is in love with my brother because of the love he bestows on her every time he sees her.
It's an amazing relationship that humans can learn from!

The White House and Oboma Administration goes to the center
Of course if you have been reading my blogs you have noted that if the democrats are smart (and being one of them I can say we are) they will start maneuvering to the middle as Clinton did midterm.
Well it seems they are listening and making some necessary changes. But I will make this note: Biden needs to go for whatever reason and Hillary the VP!
This would have been a win-win ticket 2 years ago and definitely will be in 2012.
I hope someone is listening!

2010 in review with a THANK YOU!
Depending on who you listened to yesterday on the news, 2010 was a salty to bitter year! It seems based on the reviews every week had bad news and whenever something positive arose, right behind it was a disaster..
Well I have a different view of 2010! Maybe it's my medication that balances my view! Don't get me wrong 2010 had some very bad moments for me! But here we are in 2011.
After all is said and done is that not what's important! So thank you 2010 for allowing me to live with good family and friends and the love of my life for maybe one more year and reach 2012!
